1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B2B Signals ("the Service"), operated by Sommo Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

B2B Signals is a sales intelligence platform that detects real-time intent signals, validates leads against your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), enriches contacts with decision-maker data, and generates personalized outreach messages for email and LinkedIn.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of data obtained through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sommo Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
